HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.2391 of 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners made representation in the year 2012 for grant of pattas in respect of land in Sy.No.97/2B, 1B of Pulagurtha Village, Anaparthi Mandal, East Godavari District on 06-08-2012 and said land was divided into 76 plots and out of them, 68 plots have been assigned to various persons, of which only 52 persons have taken possession of the same. There are only 24 plots become vacant and as such, the petitioners are entitled for allotment of vacant plots. But the respondentauthorities are not taking any action on the representation of the petitioners. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the representation was made in the year 2012 and the petitioners can make fresh applications and the same will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioners to make appropriate application to the concerned authority and on making such application, the respondents 2 to 4 shall dispose of the same in accordance with law and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
