Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioners allege that they belong to Schedule Tribe community and they are the absolute owners and possessors of agricultural land to an extent of Acs.13.32 guntas in Survey No.253 of Jagannadhapuram Revenue Village, Mulakalapally Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. They allege that one Mr. Thandra Rambabu is illegally in possession of the subject land and is not allowing the petitioners to enjoy the same. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that aggrieved by denial of possession, petitioners filed L.T.R.
Case No.1/2018/MKP pending on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kothagudem, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. During the pendency of the said petition, petitioners made representation dated 05.02.2018 to the District Collector, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, requesting him to direct the Tahsildar not to issue pattadar passbooks and title deeds to Mr. Thandra Rambabu. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

Facts on record would disclose that the petitioners are not in possession of the subject property and they wanted that the possession should be restored to them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the issue of restoration of possession, L.T.R. Case No.1/2018 is pending. 6.
Since the petitioners have already filed L.T.R. and the same is pending, no direction as sought for by the petitioners can be given to the District Collector.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to seek appropriate directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
