HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1045 of 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filled alleging violation of the order dated 28-02-2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.2318 of 2017.

Counter affidavit is filed stating that notices were already issued to the encroachers and necessary steps will be taken thereafter.

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent is not taking further action against encroachers. Notices were already issued to the encroachers as per counter affidavit and the same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed with liberty to pursue further remedies. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
