Earlier, on 10.07.2015, it was represented that both the parties died and steps would be taken. Thereafter, when the matter was called on 21.06.2017, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant.

3. The sole respondent is represented by his learned counsel.
