This Court made the following :

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.29687 and 29818 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

In both the writ petitions, petitioners challenged tender Notification dt.06.09.2015 on various grounds, particularly, with reference to certain conditions imposed in the said notification.

2. When the matters are taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent-Nandyal Municipality produced a copy of the notice dt.14.09.2015 issued by the Commissioner, Nandyal Municipality withdrawing the impugned notification during the pendency of these writ petitions.

3. In view of the above, the cause in these writ petitions do not survive for adjudication.

4. Accordingly, both the Writ Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous petition, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
