When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon, on 28.06.2018, and the case was numbered as C.C.No.734 of 2018, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
