THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.87 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondents have not complied the orders of this Court dated 19.12.2014 in Crl.P.M.P.No.14752 of 2014 in Crl.P.No.13965 of 2014. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the contempt case with liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
