HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 15830 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A4 and A5, the condition to the extent that " who shall furnish a Fixed Deposit of Rs.1,00,000/ - (Rupees One Lakh Only) each" imposed in the order dated 24.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3311 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge to Try the Offences Under N.D.P.S. Act, Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioners, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
