After making submissions for some time and having realized the availability of alternative remedy of appeal, Sri Shaik Jilani, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Leave is granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn subject to the maintainability of such appeal or to work out any other remedy as available to the petitioners in law. There shall be no order as to costs.
