It is brought to our notice that the suit OS.No.154 of 2012 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge at Khammam, out of which this CMA arises, itself was dismissed on 12.07.2018, and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
