HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6970 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent authorities in issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds and in entering the names of the petitioners in revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.15 guntas in survey No.454/2, situated at Laxmipuram Revenue Village, Laxmipuram Village, Burgampahad Mandal, Khammam District, inspite of the written representation dated 24.01.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners have to make application in Form 6A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners will make necessary application.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application as per Rules and on such application being made by the petitioners, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
