This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 183 of 2012 on the file of Musheerabad Police Station, Hyderabad. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a final report before the Court on 24.02.2015 as it lacks reliable evidence. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
