Learned counsel for the petitioners would represent that the matter has become infructuous in view of filing of charge sheet. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that charge sheet was taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Adoni, in C.C.No.224 of 2015.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made by both sides, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
