Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the respondents withdrew IA.No.350 of 2019 before the National Company Law Tribunal, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed and as such no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
