RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.
4 to 6 in interfering into the peaceful running and maintenance of Children Orphan Home by the petitioner by taking all the permissions from the concerned authorities and maintaining the said Children Orphan home under the rules and regulations which is situated at Hemachandrapuram Village, Lakshmi Devipalli Mandal, Bhadradri- Kothagudem District is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violation Principles of Natural Justice and also in violation of Articles 14, 19 (1) (g) and 2l of the Constitution ol India and consequently direct the respondent No.
IA NO: 2 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.6 to hand over the documents to the petitioner i.e., license of children orphan home, registration of children orphan home, bank pass book of orphan home and land documents of the petitioners situated at Hemachandrapuram Village, Lakshmi Devipalli Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District IA NO: I OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.
