THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.9832 of 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed against act of the 2nd respondent in filing Crl.MP.No.225 of 2016 in CC.No.226 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Special Mobile Court), Khammam, Khammam District, seeking to implead the petitioners herein as A4 to A7 in the calendar case.

Heard both sides.

It is noticed that the Court below has not disposed of the matter i.e. Crl.MP.No.225 of 2016. In that view of the matter, the petitioners cannot seek any relief at this stage. It is represented that in the event of Crl.MP.No.225 of 2016 is allowed, the petitioners are apprehending that they are likely to be arrested.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court below is directed to dispose of Crl.MP.No.225 of 2016 on merits, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
