This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 in C.C.No.4 of 2013 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
