Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition on merits and seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities for enforcement of rights under the provisions of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (for short, 'the Act') of the persons who are engaged by respondent Nos.4 to 7. Petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. All contentions of the parties are kept open. We hope and trust that if the petitioner or any other person makes any such representation, as aforementioned, for enforcement of his rights under the provisions of the Act, the concerned authority shall deal with the same in accordance with law.
