Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 18.12.2017, to the District Collector, Kakinada, East Godavari District-second respondent herein but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the second respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 18.12.2017, submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Another request is also made to permit the petitioner herein to make an additional representation also within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to submit an additional representation within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such representation is made, the earlier representation, dated 18.12.2017, and the representation to be

made by the petitioner herein be verified by the second respondent and appropriate action be taken as per law within a period of six weeks thereafter after giving opportunity to the petitioner herein. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI,J 06th April, 2018 Tsy
