THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3614 of 2O2O ORDER:

This Criminal Petition was filed by the petitioner/Accused to quash the proceedings in Crime No.139 of 2O2O on the frle of B.Kothagudem Police Station. The offences alleged against the petitioner is under Sections 188,269,27O, 374 of the Indian Penal Code.

None appears for the petitioner 3.

No interim order was granted by this Court when the case was filed in the year 2020. Th e status of the investigations is not known. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court if cause survives. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
