When the matter was called, on 29-07-2016, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant, as such this Court directed to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the appellant. This indicates that the appellant herein has no interest in prosecuting the Second Appeal.

In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
