assailing the orders dated 02.11.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.200 of 2010 in M.C.No.303 of 2005 passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for trial of JHCBBC cum Additional Family Court cum XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 26.10.2017. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petition.

Hence, this criminal revision case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
