THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.34675 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and Assistant Government Pleader (Land Acquisition).

The petitioners complain against the respondents in not considering the objections filed on 30-07-2016 pursuant to notice under Form No.VI(a) dated 21-07-2016 as illegal, arbitrary and amounts to refusing to exercise jurisdiction conferred on respondents.

The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions dated 15-10-2016 and contends that the 2nd respondent has received objections submitted by petitioners, the enquiry is scheduled to be held on 08-11-2016 and the 2nd respondent will issue notice of hearing to petitioners and afford them opportunity in the proposed enquiry.

The statement is placed on record.

The 2nd respondent is directed to consider the objections and issue notice of enquiry to petitioners before a decision is taken on R.S.No.76 of Guruvaiahgudem Village, T.Narsapuram Mandal, West Godavari District.

The writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. No order as to costs.
