the petitioners and Mr. N.Srikanth Goud, learned counsel for the respondent.
This interlocutory application has been filed seeking the following relief:
"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, therefore it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may pleased to permit the petitioner to pay 15% of decreetal amount as per the Award dt.09.03.2017 in two equal instalments i.e. half of the amount i.e. 7.5% on or before 21.07.2022, remaining 7.5% on or before 21.08.2022 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble court deems fit in the interest of justice."
By the order dated 21.06.2022, C.R.P.No.794 of 2022 filed by the petitioners was disposed of by this Court in the following manner:
"6.
In view of the above consensus, petitioners are directed to deposit 15% of the
decreetal amount as per award dated 09.03.2017 passed in ARC No.21 of 2016 along with costs within one month from today. The aforesaid amount shall be directly paid by the petitioners to respondent No.1 M/s.Shriram City Union Finance Limited within the aforesaid period of 30 days."
Insofar the prayer is concerned, according to the petitioners themselves, they sought for time for paying half of 15% of decreetal amount as per the Award dated 09.03.2017 on or before 21.07.2022; and remaining 7.5% on or before 21.08.2022. Both the dates have long expired but no payment has been made.
In the circumstances, this Court finds no good reason to entertain the interlocutory application. Interlocutory application is accordingly dismissed. _________ HCJ vs
