Aenugu Buchi Reddy v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9296 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in providing police protection pursuant to the complaints dated 07.03.2017 and 29.08.2016, pursuant to the orders in E.A.No.203 of 2013 in E.P.No.287 of 2013, dated 17.08.2015, by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Nalgonda. The submission of the representation dated 07.03.2017 by the petitioner was admitted by the learned Government Pleader. He submits that on receipt of the said representation, an entry was made in the Station General Diary and while investigation is pending, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. It is also stated that the respondents are willing to provide police protection if the petitioner approaches them.
In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the third respondent and seek protection on the specified dates clearly indicating the need for police protection instead of asking for a general request for protection for the lands. As and when said representation is received from the petitioner, the third respondent shall provide necessary protection in view of the orders passed by the civil Court.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 03.04.2017 pln
