THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13203 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate at Erramanzil, Hyderabad, to dispose of D.V.C.No.8 of 2013 as early as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as early as possible.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Erramanzil, is hereby directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.8 of 2013 as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
