When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.01.2016 and 04.02.2016, none appeared for the petitioner nor any representation was made on his behalf and hence the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner nor there was any representation on his behalf either during forenoon session or in the afternoon session. Hence, it is clear that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
