THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5824 of 2010 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the loan account has been closed under one time settlement and nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No order as to costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedies in case if there is any further dispute in the matter.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed.
