THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5710 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.95 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nandigama Police Station, Krishna District.

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of the investigation, the investigation agency laid charge sheet before the concerned Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous.

Hence the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
