Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

According to the petitioner, his father late Shaik Buddan Sa @ Budha Sab was the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.1-34 guntas in Survey No.71/AA, situated at Yervaguda Village, Shankarpally, Ranga Reddy Disetrict. In proof of the same, the petitioner has filed copy of pahani for the year 1989-90 and some other years. He has not filed copy of old pattadar passbook of his father. According to the petitioner, his father died on 15.3.2005.

List the matter on 05.06.2024 along with W.P.No.24744 of 2023 after fresh matters.
