The petitioners/A1 to A3 and the 3rd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences respectively in Crime No.38 of 2014 of Zahirabad Rural Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 403, 406, 420, 423, 34 IPC and 156(3) Cr.P.C., by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably and not having any grievance.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 t0 A3 in Crime No.38 of 2014 of Zahirabad Rural Police Station, Medak District, are hereby quashed and the petitioners/A1 to A3 are acquitted. The bail bonds of accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
