HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31733 of 2011 ORDER:

Heard learned for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition being heard at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not disposing of the application dated 25.09.2011 made by the petitioner for alienation of the government land admeasuring Ac.1.50 cents situated in Sy.No.284 of Vinjamur Village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District in favour of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though the petitioner claiming various reliefs, but the main grievance of the petitioner is that the representation dated 25.09.2011 made to the second respondent is not considered till date and hence seeks a direction. No counter is filed on behalf of the respondents. Having regard to the circumstances stated above and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 25.09.2011 made by the petitioner, if the same is still pending, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
