Petitioner contends that he had made an application on 06.06.2016 seeking appointment as Muttawalli of the Institution of Bada Ashur Khana, Achampet, Mahbubnagar District to the 2nd respondent and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

2. Sri Mirza Safiulla Baig, Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's application within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dt.06.06.2016 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
