14.07.2025 TMD, J I.A.No.2 of 2025 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the application, the condition of furnishing bank guarantee by way of fixed deposit for a sum of Rs.50,000/- and Rs.25,000/- in respect of vehicles bearing Nos.AP 13 L 6694 and TS UA respectively imposed in W.P.No.10953 of 2025 by order dated 11.04.2025 by this Court is modified to that of Rs.8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand only) for each vehicle. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
