THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4743 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader placed on record a letter issued by the Superintendent of Police, Prisoners' Agricultural Colony, Cherlapalli, Medchal District, vide letter No.PACCh/C.R.C./55/2020, dated 09.01.2020. The said letter was addressed to the Office of the Learned Government Pleader for Home and Law of this Court.

From a perusal of the said letter, it is indicating that the petitioners are prematurely released on 29.03.2016 in compliance with the orders passed in G.O.Ms.No.38, dated 28.03.2016, on the occasion of Republic Day.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
