CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.16218 of 2017 Dt: 08.08.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in implementing Order, dated 0209-2014 in OA.No.9586 of 2012 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I (Telangana) placed before us proceedings, vide Proc.Rc.No.A1/1628/2015, dated 04-08-2017, of respondent No.1, whereunder he has appointed the petitioner to SPP ScaleI post on completion of 16 years and SPP Scale-II post on completion of 24 years of years and respondent No.1 also held that the petitioner is eligible to draw the difference of pay and allowances with effect from 09-01-2003.

Mr. S.Satyanarayana Rao, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that with the issuance of the aforementioned order by respondent No.1, the afore-mentioned order of the Tribunal stood complied with and that, therefore, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.16218 of 2017 Dt: 08.08.2017 As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.19931 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
