HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11666 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Mothkur Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District, is not conducting mutation in his favour in relation to the land admeasuring Ac.0.10 guntas in Survey No.131/A/2 of Dacharam Village, Mothkur Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District, despite his submitting an application in the prescribed format. Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner submitted an application in Form VIA online along with the requisite fee and necessary documents as required under Section 4 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule-18 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989. Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Mothkur Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District, to remain unmoved.

The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Mothkur Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application in accordance with the due procedure expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
