CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.28808 of 2011 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash common order, dated 12.08.2011, in respect of O.A.No.175 of 2011 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench at Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

On 16.08.2017, the case was adjourned at the request of Mrs.D.Satyavathi, learned counsel, as she represented that respondent No.1 has taken away his brief from her. When the case is called today, no one represented respondent No.1. W.P.Nos.29842 and 30132 of 2011 filed against selfsame common order, dated 12.08.2011, in respect of O.A.Nos.177 and 182 of 2011 respectively, were allowed by this Court, vide its common order, dated 16.08.2017. As the present writ petition arises out of O.A.No.175 of 2011, which was also disposed of by the aforementioned common order of the Tribunal, by which, it allowed O.A.Nos.177 and 182 of 2011, common order, dated 16.08.2017, in W.P.Nos.29842 and 30132 of 2011 shall govern this case as well. 3.

Therefore, following order, dated 16.08.2017, in W.P.Nos.29842 and 30132 of 2011, this Writ Petition is also allowed with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
