HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 16792 of 2016 O R D E R:

Vide the present petition, the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seek direction thereby to grant anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest, in connection with Crime No.592 of 2016 of Pendurthi Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 506 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

Keeping in view the serious allegations made against the petitioners in the present case, the crime can be unearthed only if the petitioners are interrogated in custody. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
