The present appeal is filed aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 30-09-2010 passed in O.S.No.3/ 2006 by the VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge (FTC), City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

Now, both the parties, having settled the matter, moved C.C.C.A.M.P.No.755 of 2016 seeking to pass a decree in terms of the memorandum of compromise. The Memorandum of compromise has been placed on record.

The appellant and respondents 1 to 15 are present before this Court. They have been duly identified by the learned counsel appearing on their behalf.

The terms of the compromise are read over and explained to the parties in the presence of the learned counsel and the same are admitted. This Court is satisfied that the parties voluntarily and with free will and consent have entered into the compromise. 5.

In the result, C.C.C.A.M.P.No.755 of 2016 is ordered and C.C.C.A.No.47 of 2011 is disposed of in terms of the compromise. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
