This Criminal Petition under Section-438 Cr.P.C. is filed to enlarge the petitioner-accused No.3 on pre arrest bail in Crime No.63 of 2016 of Ravikamatham Police Station, Visakhapatnam District registered for the offences punishable under Sections20(b)(ii)(B) read with 8(c) and 25 of NDPS Act apprehending his arrest in connection with the said Crime. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded and accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
