Ashok Reddy v. The State Of Telangana

2019-06-13Sanjay Kumar2 pages

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11598, 11611 and 11613 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in these three cases is that the Tahsildar, Zaheerabad Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, is not taking steps to carry out mutation in their favour in relation to the lands claimed by them in Hoti (B) Village, Zaheerabad Mandal, Sanga Reddy District.

Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioners submitted their applications in Form VIA along with the requisite fee as required under Section 4 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule-18 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989, as long back as in the year 2013. It appears that they have been making representations to the Tahsildar but the same failed to evoke any positive response.

Given the aforestated facts and as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that the present procedure would require the petitioners to submit their applications online along with the requisite fee and necessary documents to undertake the exercise of carrying out mutation, the Writ Petitions are disposed of permitting the petitioners to submit applications afresh in Form VIA online along with the requisite fee and necessary documents. The Tahsildar, Zaheerabad Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, shall take appropriate action upon such applications in accordance with the due procedure

SK, J WP.No.11598, 11611 & 11613 of 2019 Dt:13.6.2019 expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt thereof.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ________________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 13th June, 2019 dr
