This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in terminating the services of the petitioner as Assistant Programme Officer in Proceedings No.H/503/DVC/Utnoor-5/2013, dated 10-02-2014 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent, who submits that appeal is provided against the impugned proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner says tht petitioner would file the appeal against the impugned proceedings.

In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned proceedings. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
