As there was no representation for the petitioner on 23.03.2018, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, there is no representation either for the petitioner or her counsel both in the morning and afternoon sessions. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter further.
