THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.29558 of 2012 ORDER:

It is stated by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner-M/s. R.K. Township (P) Ltd., that the issue involved in this writ petition is no longer res integra, in view of the common order dated 28.08.2015 passed by this Court in W.A.No.702 of 2010 and batch.

Following the same and for the reasons mentioned therein, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the common order of this court dated 28.08.2015 in W.A.No.702 of 2010 and batch. The Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the said order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
