HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.5927 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of 1st respondent in not executing the bailable warrant issued in PP No.82/ 2011 in C.C. No.163 of 2009 on the file of District Forum, West Godavari, as illegal and arbitrary.

The counsel for 2nd respondent submits that the disputes between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent are settled out of Court.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
