THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.6212 OF 2017 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-A2 and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State.
Perused the record.
The specific allegation made against the petitioner, who is A2 in CC.No.481 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District, is that she has allowed the driver of the bus bearing No.AP-37-TD-0636 to drive the bus without valid license. The matter requires adjudication by a criminal Court.

For that, the petitioner-A2 shall file an application before the trial Court and on filing of such application, the trial Court may allow or dismiss the same in the given circumstances. There are no circumstances to quash the proceedings in CC.No.481 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District.
The Criminal Petition is devoid of merits and is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. _____________________________ (DR. SHAMEEM AKTHER, J) 27th July 2017 RRB
