THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18658 OF 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: "to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking criminal action against the partyrespondent in pursuance of the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.12.2013 as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Art.14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents to forthwith register a criminal case against the party-respondent in pursuance of the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.12.2013." During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, informed the Court that the complaint filed by the petitioner has been entered in the General Diary on 25.12.2013 and during the course of investigation, it is revealed that the matter is civil in nature and hence, the petitioner was advised to approach the competent civil Court for redressal.

In view of the above, no orders are required in the writ petition and the same is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 31st OCTOBER 2018.
