Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application to the authority concerned for either shifting petitioner's saw mill to the State of Andhra Pradesh or for fresh licence for running saw mill. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed, with liberty as stated above. It is made clear that if any such application is made by the petitioner, the authority concerned shall consider the same in accordance with law, expeditiously.
