THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26042 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in identical circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.19438 of 2017 vide order, dated 15.06.2017 and the copy of the same is placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The 2nd respondent is directed to release the vehicle of the petitioner on petitioner submitting FDR for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) from any Nationalized Bank situated in Telangana State in favour of the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, Mahabubnagar Division, along with one surety for the like sum.

The other conditions imposed by the 2nd respondent in the order impugned shall remain unaltered." Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Office to enclose a copy of the order in W.P.No.19438 of 2017 to this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
